For your manuscript to be published through Cloverdale Corporation, every author must provide the following:

• the manuscript in electronic form
• the author's curriculum vitae (or resume)
• an abstract of the book for the catalog
• a paragraph-length autobiographical statement (100 word maximum).
• the complete name and mailing address of his/her local newspaper, and any other news print media likely to review the book and give attention to ta local author.
• the complete names and address of ten journals or magazines to which review copies of the book should be sent.
